Dave graduated from The Ohio State University in 1989 with a degree in accounting and began his career as a CPA with KPMG. Following his passion to help individuals, professionals and small business owners, he founded Kirkey & Co in 1995 to offer tax and financial services with a focus on personal service and developing close relationships with his clients. He obtained his CFP® certification in 1998. The firm has now been in business for over 30 years and serves hundreds of clients, many of whom have been clients for several decades. Outside the office, Dave enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, golfing and woodworking. He is an active member of the Northside Baptist Church in Powell and serves on the boards of Lifewise Academy and the Malawi Talent Fund. Dave has been married to Stacey for 36 years and they are enjoying this phase of life with their 2 daughters and their husbands and their 4 grandchildren.
